TELMICO SUMMED UP THE RESULTS OF THREE YEARS OF ACTIVITY
Tbilisi - Tbilisi Electricity Supply Company, created in the framework of the electricity market reform, summed up the results of its activities for three years; during this period, TELMICO became one of the important participants in the electricity market.
Among the main achievements of this time are:
• Opening of six service centers throughout Tbilisi, ensuring accessibility and convenience of customer service.
• Creation of a modern call center which serves customers 24 hours a day. Since 2021, the Company's call center has served customers more than 4 million times, customer service departments and customer service centers have received and promptly responded to more than 205 thousand applications and letters.
• Introduction of remote service channels, which allow the client to quickly and comfortably solve their problems.
• Forming a team of professionals ready to solve the most complex problems and provide a high level of service.
TELMICO's main activities include energy consumption planning and purchasing, 24/7 customer service and managing customer financial flows in the market. The company actively participates in the process of reforming the Georgian electricity market, in revising the regulatory framework, thereby making its contribution to the development of the industry.
