Please note that by selecting the "I Agree" button (providing your consent), LLC "Tbilisi Electricity Supply Company" will process the personal data you provide on the "Service Quality Assessment" webpage. If you select the "I Do Not Agree" button, the facts and information included in your feedback will not be shared with the data processor.

The data will be processed by an authorized representative of the company for the purpose of assessing and improving service quality.

The following personal data will be subject to processing: your first name, last name, subscriber number, as well as any personal data included in the "Additional Comments" field, if such data is provided.

If you select the option "I would like to receive a response to my feedback", the contact information you provide (such as your email address or phone number) will also be processed.

Please note that, as a data subject, you have the right to request the correction, update, completion, suspension, deletion, destruction, or blocking of your personal data. You may also withdraw your previously given consent at any time.

Consent withdrawal can be performed in the same manner in which you submitted the Service Quality Assessment form. In this case, please clearly state "I would like to receive a response to my request" in the text field and explicitly request the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data.
