*303# Service

Dear Customers,

To provide a simpler way of accessing utility service information, a new service has been launched for TELMICO subscribers. Developed by GNERC, this project also applies to other utility companies. Through the *303# service, you can receive all relevant information regarding utility services directly on your mobile phone.

By using *303#, you can request the following information from TELMICO:

• Receive an electronic receipt (e-bill)

• Check your current account balance

• Register a preferred subscriber number to receive data

• Delete an unwanted subscriber number

• Check current accruals and/or deposits

• Report a disagreement regarding the tariff applied to a meter reading

The *303# service is available to all subscribers whose contact mobile number is registered in TELMICO’s database.
