The positive balance reflected on the "Telasi" subscriber card will be automatically transferred to the "Tbilisi Electricity Supplier Company" (Telmico)
The positive balance existing on the JSC "Telasi" subscriber account will be automatically transferred to "Tbilisi Electricity Supply Company" LLC (Telmico) by the end of August. Additionally, customers who have a sufficient balance on their JSC "Telasi" account to cover the current bill will not have their electricity disconnected; instead, the charges will be deducted from the existing balance.
Information regarding the transfer of the positive balance will be reflected in the bill, where the transferred amount will be indicated in the corresponding field with a minus (-) sign, signifying that the funds have been credited to the customer's account.
