Telmico's statement

In response to questions raised by customers, we declare that due to the New Year holidays, no prepared receipts were sent out on December 31, January 1, and January 2. Consequently, the said receipts were sent on January 3 and 4, reflecting the electricity costs for the remaining days of December.

Please check the preparation date in the receipt received via SMS. If you cleared your debt on that date, or on the preceding or following days, it means that the amount you paid could not objectively be reflected in the received receipt.

To clarify your balance, please use the information available in internet banking and fast payment terminals.
