SMS Receipt
The electricity bill is sent as an SMS message to the phone number or email address registered by the property owner.
Please note:to ensure you receive SMS bills correctly, you shall keep your contact information up to date.
If you are not yet receiving SMS bills, you can activate the service through online channels such as Web Chat, Facebook DM, email: info@telmico.ge, WhatsApp, or by contacting the Customer Service Center at the addresses below.

After registering in your User Account, you can:
- View your current balance;
- Receive information about all your customers;
- Monitor charges and payments;
Via Online Banking
Go to your bank's app and follow these steps:
- Payments
- Utilities
- Electricity
- Telmico
Enter the customer number, - and the amount to be paid will be displayed automatically..
At Fast Payment Terminals
In the terminal menu, select:
- "Payments"
- "Utility Services"
- "Telmico"
Enter the customer number; - the payment amount will be displayed on the screen.
