Two Bills from TELMICO Reflect the Total Charges for December January 25, 2022

The transition to the new accounting system in December resulted in the distribution of two bills to subscribers. Based on customer requests, the payment deadline for the second December bill has been extended until the end of January for residential customers.

Accordingly, customers should take into account that if the December debt is not settled by January 28, it will be automatically reflected in the bill due in February. This means that in February, the customer will be required to cover the full debt for two months.

To avoid misunderstandings and the accumulation of debt, it is recommended to settle the December arrears by January 28.
