Tbilisi Electricity Supplier’s Public Service Mandate Extended
By decision of the Government of Georgia, the public service obligations of the Tbilisi Electricity Supply Company (Telmico) in the electricity sector have been extended.
In accordance with Government Decree No. 167, the company will continue to perform the functions of Universal Service Provider, Public Service Provider, and Last Resort Supplier.
Telmico's activities will remain focused on maintaining high standards of service quality and refining services tailored to the needs of Tbilisi residents and the business sector.
As part of its long-term strategy, the company will continue the systematic implementation of digital solutions and the development of communication channels with subscribers. Telmico remains committed to fulfilling its assigned functions and ensuring stable service for its customers.
