Tbilisi Electricity Supplier Opens a New Customer Service Center in Varketili
The Tbilisi electricity supplier company, TELMICO, has opened a new customer service center in Varketili.
From now on, customers will be able to receive all types of electricity-related services at five different locations.
The address of the new center is:
• Varketili: 5 Ilia Sukhishvili St.
Subscribers visiting the centers can access services such as:
• Payment of electricity arrears (debt);
• Obtaining account statements/transaction history;
• Submission of customer applications;
• Verification of account details;
• Services related to individual disconnection/reconnection of electricity;
• Correction of paid amounts;
• Debt restructuring (installment plans);
• Payment deadline extension, and more.
TELMICO Customer Service Centers will serve subscribers from Monday through Saturday according to the following schedule:
• Monday: 09:00 – 20:00
• Tuesday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00
