Telmico has opened customer service centers in Didi Dighomi and Gldani
Today, the Tbilisi electricity supplier company, TELMICO, opened two new customer service centers in Didi Digomi and Gldani. From now on, in addition to Saburtalo, Tbilisi residents will be able to receive all types of electricity-related services at two additional locations.
The addresses of the new centers are:
• Gldani: 8 Omar Khizanishvili St.
• Didi Digomi: 16 Petre Iberi St.
Subscribers visiting the centers can access services such as:
• Payment of electricity arrears (debt)
• Obtaining account statement/transaction history
• Submission of customer applications
• Verification of account details
• Services related to individual disconnection/reconnection of electricity
• Correction of paid amounts
• Debt restructuring (installment plans)
• Payment deadline extension, and more.
TELMICO Customer Service Centers will serve subscribers from Monday through Saturday according to the following schedule:
Saburtalo and Gldani Centers:
• Monday: 09:00 – 20:00
• Tuesday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00
Didi Digomi Center:
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
The Tbilisi electricity supplier company, TELMICO, began operations on July 1, 2021. Today, it provides electricity and related services to more than 600,000 subscribers in the capital. To date, TELMICO has already opened three customer service centers and plans to open similar centers in other districts of Tbilisi in the near future.
