Telmico has opened a new customer service in the Didube district
Telmico, Tbilisi's electricity supplier, has opened a new customer service center in Didube. From now on, customers can access any type of electricity supply-related services at four different locations across Tbilisi.
New Center Address:
• Didube – 111 Akaki Tsereteli Ave.
At the new center, subscribers can access the following services:
• Payment of electricity bills;
• Obtaining billing/transaction history;
• Submitting customer applications;
• Updating personal or account details;
• Services related to individual disconnection/restoration of electricity;
• Correction of paid amounts;
• Debt restructuring (installment plans);
• Payment deadline extensions and more.
Working Hours: The Telmico customer service center will serve subscribers from Monday through Saturday with the following schedule:
• Monday: 09:00 – 20:00
• Tuesday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00
