1. Suspension of Electricity Supply
In the event of late payment, electricity supply may be suspended in accordance with the payment deadline indicated on the receipt.
Basis: Resolution No. 47 of Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission, Article 18, Clause 9.
2. Deposit Requirement
In case of non‑payment for 12 consecutive months a deposit may be required to guarantee timely payment.
The deposit amount shall not exceed the average monthly fee charged to the consumer for the service over the past 12 months.

3. Legal Proceedings
In the event of a long-term debt, Telmico has the right to apply to the court for collection in accordance with the procedure established by law in connection with the debt.
