Electricity Supply Agreement
Electricity is supplied under an agreement between the customer and the electricity supplier. If you are already receiving electricity but have not yet signed an agreement, you need to complete it to continue your electricity supply.
Why the agreement is important
The agreement formally defines the relationship between the customer and the supplier, TELMICO. It specifies the customer and the property receiving electricity and sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
The agreement allows you to:
- ✓ use electricity under the established terms;
- ✓ receive bills and timely information about charges, payments and outstanding balances;
- ✓ receive information about planned or possible interruptions to your electricity supply;
- ✓ understand payment procedures and deadlines;
- ✓ understand the conditions for continuing or discontinuing your electricity supply;
- ✓ contact TELMICO about billing, payments and customer service.
